Apply the scrub to the eyebrow area, which should be pre-cleaned with shampoo or a degreasing agent. Gently massage with your fingertips in circular motions, then rinse off with water. For an extra moisturizing effect, leave a layer of scrub on the eyebrow area and wait for 5-10 minutes. You may cover it with plastic wrap.
